S.O.A.R. Program Receives Donation

The S.O.A.R. Program is proud to announce the receipt of a monetary donation from the Milan REC, which has been used to purchase an EMED HeartSine defibrillator. Grant funds covered half of the cost of the defibrillator and Mr. Garold Scobee, C.E.O. of the Milan REC, generously agreed to contribute the additional monies needed to make the purchase. The defibrillator is located in the Putnam Co. R-I Educational Building S.O.A.R. classroom and will allow us to be better prepared for possible emergencies in the new S.O.A.R. location. Thanks to all involved who have helped to make this possible.
