J. High Boys Basketball B Squad

The Jr. High Boys Basketball “B” squad has played three games prior to Thanksgiving, recording losses to Scotland County, Schuyler County, and again against Scotland County. A fourth game against Princeton has been postponed until Dec. 5. The team has shown improvement each game and continues to work hard on developing fundamental skills.
Thirty-five boys are out for basketball and over twenty have dressed for each B team game. Everyone who has dressed for a B team game has played in every game although the number of kids out has limited the amount of game minutes per player. It also has made it challenging to give individual attention during practice. Despite these obstacles the boys continue to work hard and seem to enjoy the learning experience.
