February 1 - Nice to see you again. Today we took another reading test. It was easy because we have been getting smarter. We got new anthologies this week. It is called Delights. Our first story was pretty good. It was called Officer Buckle and Gloria. When Officer Buckle said something, Gloria did the actions.
Two people in our class got into the TAG program. Ulysses and Catherine made dogs. They go on every Friday that we have school.
Thursday was the 100th Day of School! We celebrated by having a read-a-thon. That is when you read all day. We made a big, big bowl of trail mix. Everyone brought 100 things to add to it. It was fun! We also celebrated Ryleigh's birthday with cupcakes and juice. No one went home hungry.
