CALL TO ORDER
President, Dr. James Brummit called the meeting to order in the High School EPN Room at 6:34 p.m.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA/AMENDMENTS
On a motion by Casady, seconded by Luscan the Board approved the agenda with the following amendments: 6-0

NEW BUSINESS
RESIGNATION
On a motion by Tade, seconded by Valentine the Board accepted the resignation of June Ann Ledford effective at the end of the 2007-08 school year. 5-0
BIDS – EXTRA SOFTBALL RESTROOMS
On a motion by Valentine, seconded by Luscan the Board accepted the following bids for the extra bathrooms at the softball complex. 5-0
Nelson Electric Rough Plumbing $3,811.00
Consolidated Supply Co. Fixtures $5,475.41
Ideal Ready Mix Concrete 84.00/cubic yard
Lockridge, Inc. Supplies $7,363.64
Dr. Casady entered the meeting @7:00 p.m.
EXECUTIVE SESSON
On a motion by Gardner, seconded by Valentine the Board voted to go into closed session including any record or vote as it relates to the following, as provided in section 610.021 RSMO.
A. Evaluation, hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of employees (3)
B. Personally identifiable student information (6)
