Jamie Performs in the All-District Band

Jamie P. participated in All-District band on January 16 in Moberly, MO.  Jamie auditioned in November and made second chair French horn.  It was announced at the concert that 279 musicians auditioned for the band with only 83 making the top group.  Jamie was eligible to audition for state band in December and made sixth chair honorable mention, ranking her as the twentieth best French horn player in the state.  Jamie plans to attend college at Truman State and major in music.

                            Conference band February 13

                            District solos and ensembles March 20

                            District large ensemble (full band) to Hannibal March 26
