Careers On Wheels 2010!!
The Putnam County R-I Elementary will be having a career fair on October 29th. In 2008 we had our first careers on wheels event, with a huge turn out of trucks and machinery for students to see.
Local businesses brought their vehicles and spent time talking with students about what they do for a living. Students were able to view fire, tow and utility trucks, the meals-on-wheels car, a BIG sprayer and even life-flight helicopter. It was a wonderful time of learning for the students.
