Fall Fun with FCCLA
October and November turned out to be a busy time for the Putnam County FCCLA chapter. Members participated in several fall activities including a Casey’s Fundraiser, Halloween party, and a Community Service project at the PC Café. Members celebrated Halloween with a cookie decorating party and geared up for the fundraiser at the Casey’s General Store in Unionville, MO. Donations were taken as FCCLA members pumped gas and washed windows for customers. In addition to the donations received, Casey’s general store also donated $250 to the FCCLA. Fall activities rounded out with a Community Service project at the PC Café Resource Center. Members helped prepare and serve food for the annual Thanksgiving dinner. Students enjoyed interacting with and helping individuals from the community.
