'TIS THE SEASON FOR GIVING

Recently the S.O.A.R. Program held a Parents Night Out event for their families. This event was available to all S.O.A.R. parents so that they could have an evening out—to shop, go to a movie, or just a night out without the kids. The only cost for the evening out was a donation of canned goods.
This week—in keeping with the true spirit of the season—the S.O.A.R. students presented the collected canned goods to the local Food Bank. Mr. James Garner of the Ministerial Alliance accepted the donation on behalf of the Food Bank.
The S.O.A.R. students appreciate the many things that are done for them by the community throughout the year and were excited to be able to do something for their community.
