by Diane McClain

December 16, 2011

The elementary students and staff had a special treat,  Paul Riley played the bones to the Christmas tune, Rocking Around The Christmas Tree. As you can see in the pictures, the students really enjoyed his talent. Paul is a very special guy, and the students enjoy his caring personality.

The community winner for December was a high school student, Samantha nominated by her 5th grade brother James. The word for December is caring. The high school winner for December was Mary.

Jake was the high school winner for November's word, citizenship. Jake did an outstanding job talking to the elementary students about the importance of being a good citizen.

There were many students recognized for the A-B-C's of good character. This months A-academic winners were recognized for good spelling. B-behavior & C-character winners were honored as well.
