Testing
TESTING IS DONE! Mrs. Butler’s class is glad that our testing time is over. We worked very hard all week. We took 2 tests every day except Friday.
We asked each parent to make sure that their child had a good night’s sleep and a good warm breakfast before they came. We are learning that our body needs to “break their fast” before it will work well. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
We did tests in Spelling, Math, Reading, Listening, Environment and Language Arts. The children worked very hard and did their best. We all had a responsibility to DO OUR BEST. Mrs. Butler was pleased!
Before we would start our testing each morning we would do exercises and big long deep breaths. Our parents sent lemon drops for us to have while we were testing. They also sent water bottles for us to keep our bodies hydrated. Thank you parents!!!
The older children think theirs is hard, but we have LONG mornings.
To celebrate finishing the test we played with Legos. We did not just play we recreated our Unionville Square. We all had different places that we were to build. We worked for 1 hour and we were proud of what we accomplished. We learned to work together quietly. Please enjoy the pictures of our work and our accomplishment.
