Building Trades Open House
Friday and Saturday
The Building Trades House, located at the corner of South 21st and Green Streets, will be open for tours Friday and Saturday, May 4 and 5. Friday hours are 9 to 2; Saturday the house will be open from 9 to 3. The two bedroom, two bath ranch house has been constructed this school year by students in the building trades program, under the direction of instructor Bill Godfrey.
Students and Mr. Godfrey will be on hand to give tours and answer questions. The house is being sold, as is, through a bid process. Bid specifications are available at the house or in the superintendent’s office. The minimum bid is $85,000 for the home and bids are due June 1.
