Character Education Silent Art Auction
The Putnam County R-I Character Education Program will be having a silent auction during the open house Thursday, August 10th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Up for auction will be various art pieces from students in grades Preschool-4th grade of the 2016-2017 school year. Preschool has two abstract finger paint projects, Kindergarten has a heart project, 1st grade's piece is centered around transportation and cars, 2nd grade has a dog and cat theme, 3rd grade has two football and ballerina silhouette projects, and 4th grade has two class pieces inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s sunflower art.
Bids can be made during open house and the highest bidder at the end of the evening will win the artist masterpieces. All proceeds will go to support the Character Education Program. Please come by and see the unique and impressive artwork made by our very own students under the instruction of Mrs. Tammy Dooley.
