Screenings Are Done And Speech Has Begun
Welcome back everyone! We have started our 2017-2018 school year fairly smoothly so far. Ms. Wickert and I have completed our speech, language, and hearing screenings for the elementary and sent home permission forms for speech intervention services for anyone we felt needed to work on speech sounds. If your child did not receive a permission form, but you have concerns with their speech, please feel free to contact Ms. Wickert or me anytime; however, it is most likely because their speech errors are still age-appropriate and may remediate on their own. We also have our schedules finished and are beginning speech and language services this week! It will be a busy and chaotic week next week with the fair, but after that, hopefully it will be smooth sailing! Please contact us with any questions, anytime.
