Character was the theme of the middle school assembly on September 27th as both August and September's students and community members were honored. September’s community winner for the character education word responsibilty is Roger Pearson. Roger graduated from PC in 1970. He is married to Sharon Pearson; some of you may know and recognize him as Lance and Gage’s grandpa. He has been an avid cattle farmer all his life, is a part owner in Putnam County state bank, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and being with his grandsons. Roger displays responsibility in each aspect of his life.

They will receive a framed certificate, button, and box of candy.
October’s word of the month is self-control. Let’s all work hard to display that characteristic.
