Character Education Celebration in Elementary

Self-control, academics and behavior awards

Character Education Celebration took place in the elementary today where several students were honored for academics, behavior, and for setting great examples of self control, which was the character education word of the month.

Sophomore, Katelyn S. was recognized for modeling self-control in the high school. Katelyn explained to the elementary that using self-control is a great character trait to have. She also encouraged them to think about their words before speaking and their actions before they move.

Allise P. and Case P. nominated Mrs. Camille Preston for the character education word of the month community member who models self-control in and out of the classroom.
