Reunions in Unionville Every Year on Labor Day Weekends

We invite you to join us for the annual UHS/PCHS alumni reunion on Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend. The annual all-school alumni reunions have been held every year since 2003, and they have provided wonderful opportunities to see school friends from the good old days in Unionville!
It is traditional for our alumni classes to hold special reunions every five years, and this year the quinquennial classes will be those classes graduating in the years ending in 3 or 8, such as the Class of 1968 that will be celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. If your class is one of those with quinquennial anniversaries this year, we especially hope that your class will plan its special events during the Labor Day weekend.
Our Saturday lunch will again be served by the Omaha Smokers and will feature their delicious beef brisket. Many of our alumni now say that their good food is one of the highlights of our annual reunions, and we are fortunate that David and Judy (Wortz) Mullins from the Class of 1970 are willing to share their barbeque talents with us every year!
Last year our alumni association awarded four $500 scholarships to recent graduates, who had successfully completed two years of college and who were continuing their college careers. We are pleased to be able to award these scholarships, which come from the generosity of our alumni, and we hope you will consider donating to this worthy cause.
A schedule of activities for the 2018 reunion, along with a registration form for your use, are now being developed, and they will be sent to you in the next month or so. And don’t forget, -- the really big Putnam County Fair is always the week following our annual alumni reunions.
