The school's summer food service program provides free breakfast and lunch to all children under 18 through June 28th; there is no paperwork to fill out. Serving breakfast: 7:40 a.m. to 8:15 a.m.; lunch: 10:50 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the high school commons. Attending summer school is not required.

Hands on learning doesn't stop for the summer in the Building Trades program led by Bill Godfrey.  Students are given the opportunity to learn while earning a wage working on various projects around the school campus and in the community.  Earning minimum wage to start, they do have the chance to earn raises over time, based on merit.  Currently students have completed chicken houses built for area citizens with materials . . . read more

Mrs. Freeman's kindergarten summer school class is learning the daily routine of checking the calendar each morning after breakfast.  It's amazing to see how much these students already know.  Hands shoot up when asked what the day of the week is and how to spell it!  Enjoy the pictures of these very smart youngsters. read more
