There is a lot of hustle and bustle involved with the holiday season, but at some point your child will probably be bored and need something to do. Here is a link to the Scholastic website that has several ideas that will keep your child busy and keep their academic skills sharp. My favorite, reading for pleasure, is first on the list. I hope your child has time to do that during the break. There is no better way to get better at reading than to just simply read. Have a happy holiday season!
