Launch the media gallery 1 player - media #5Mrs. Stobbe and I had a funny moment today. During my fifth hour writing class, I had the students look at a newspaper. They had to pick an article that sparked their interest, read it, and then share with the class a short summary of the article. Oh my! Here are a few of the questions we had: How do I read this? How do I open this? What is a newspaper? Where is the rest of the article? (cont. on page 9) Where are the page numbers? Can I take out this page? How do you fold this back up? How do you work this? It was a laugh out loud moment.
A student said to me "I feel like a grandpa."
