Booster Club Blast!
Saturday, August 18th
We're celebrating the beginning of another great school year here in Putnam County with a Back to School “Booster Blast” on Saturday, August 18th at the softball fields and practice football field. There are fun activities planned for all ages – beginning at 4:00. Competitions are as follows:
GOLF – Chip closest to the pin and a putting contest
BASEBALL/SOFTBALL – Catch fly balls, trash can throw, run bases for time and a homerun derby
FOOTBALL – Obstacle course, punt pass & kick and a football throw
BASKETBALL – Free throws and 3 point shots
TRACK – Shot put throw (softball throw for elementary division)
CHEER – Hula hoop competition
** Every competition will have a winner in each age group – elementary, MS, HS and adult. Prize will be a free T-Shirt of their choice from the new Booster Club trailer. Booster Club apparel and other items will be for sale all evening out of the trailer.
Other activities include a cake walk, “Go Big Blue tattoos” and a ring toss.
PING PONG DROP and auction of donated goodies will be at 6.
The highlight of the bash will probably be the DUNK TANK. Here is the schedule for who will be sitting on the dunk tank:

Hand breaded tenderloins, hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade ice cream and homemade funnel cakes will be available. There will also be pop and water for sale.
We will be selling tickets for $1 each, 6 for $5, 15 for $10 or 30 for $20 – everything will be purchased by tickets….. if they become a member of the booster club during the bash they will receive 10 free tickets. Bring the whole family and come out for the fun of it!
