Dear Parents,
We want to thank the treat senders and our room mother for the wonderful party they gave to the children. We appreciate all your hard work and preparation. Thank you very much! Also, the weather is changing so please remember to send a coat with your child.
Communication Arts: Next week we will be working on the ‘ack’ word family. We will also be continuing our work on short “a” words. Our main focus will be main idea and details using a web. We are starting a unit on Fairy Tales, and will eventually be writing our own!
Math: Keep practicing the math facts EVERY night at home! Next week we will be finishing up Topic 3, I will also be adding 6’s to our math flashcards!
Science: Energy
