School Supply Event to be Held

Attention Putnam County Community! The Putnam County Health Department, in collaboration with Heartland Chiropractic & Wellness is hosting an event at the 4-H building on August 8, 2019, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 pm. One half of the building will be set up for parents of school-aged children who need help securing school supplies for their school-aged children. The other half of the building will be set up for expectant mothers or moms of children under one-year-old. This group will be able to be showered with a variety of baby supplies to help with all their new addition(s). Thank you to all who donated supplies to make this event a success!

Heartland Chiropractic & Wellness, LLC is proud to host their Second Annual Back-To-School Supply Drive, honoring Putnam County R-1 Schools!
Donations will be accepted until August 7, 2019. You can drop off school supplies at their office between 9AM-6PM, Monday through Thursday, and 9AM-1PM on Fridays. You can find the Elementary, Middle and High School supply lists on the school website. Any donation will help make a difference.

When you bring in $25 worth of school supplies, that will cover the charge of one chiropractic visit to Heartland Chiropractic, including new patient appointments! If you have been wanting to get an adjustment, this is the perfect opportunity to book an appointment & support our local school & students. Feel free to call their office at (660) 947-7325 to schedule your appointment with them! Medicare patients are exempt from this offer.

Please take a receipt to Heartland Chiropractic showing the purchase of $25 worth of school supplies to donate to redeem treatment.

In addition to the school supply list, classes are specifically in need of ear-buds, head-phones, folders, binders, EXPO markers & scientific calculators.
