Testing
Welcome back to school! It is so exciting to see everyone again. Students and teachers are very delighted to be back and ready to work hard. We have been using these first few weeks to assess elementary students in reading. Some of the assessments we use are AIMSWeb, STAR, PAST, Basic Decoding Survey, Advanced Decoding Survey, and RAN. The teachers will use this information to guide their decisions on reading instruction in both whole groups and small groups. We will also use this information to decide who qualifies for Title Reading.
