Academic Thursdays Help Students Improve Grades

Sometimes getting back into the swing of things after a 5-month break can be difficult. We are here to help. If your middle or high school student is needing a bit more support and individual attention to help with their grades, be sure to check out Academic Thursdays!

Academic Thursdays take place every Thursday, from after school until 7:00 pm in the middle and high school libraries. Middle school students with D's and F's stay in the middle school library with Mrs. Fleshman for more individual help with assignments. High school students with D's and F's are in the high school library with Mr. Hicks for more individualized help on assignments.

Your student may also request to have a sack lunch for academic Thursdays. If your student is struggling with understanding and their grades are slipping, let us help them get back on track.

So many students utilized this program last year and saw their grades improve dramatically. Yours can too!

Ms. Ruby is also offering her help to 7th and 8th-grade students on Mondays after school until 4:15 pm.

If your student needs help, please make arrangements to get them the extra resources they need. We all want them to succeed. As they put forth the effort, we meet them where they are and help them climb higher to success and understanding.
