2nd Grade Learns About Place Value
Mrs. Trimble's 2nd-grade students have been learning about place value this week. We have learned how to write our numbers in standard form (325), word form (three hundred twenty-five), and expanded form (300+20+5). We have also learned how to use a place value chart and how to model our numbers with base ten blocks. We created a snowman to hang in the hallway. The snowman highlights the things we have been learning.
