Educational Goals
Prior to this past week out of school, eighth-graders took a test over linear systems. For those who did not do well, we were going to review during study skills or outside of class and make arrangements to retest. This will still be offered. The first-hour math class can come to my room during eighth hour on Tuesday, February 23, to review this topic and then can take a makeup test at their convenience. The sixth-hour math class has the same opportunity to review during eighth hour in my room on Wednesday, February 24.
Please encourage your student to take advantage of this assistance. Encourage your student to have high expectations for learning. Encourage them to review lesson videos on concepts they struggle with. Encourage them to come for individualized assistance before or after school. There is no reason for not attaining educational goals.
