On April 6, 2021, Putnam County R-I Schools will present a no-tax-increase ballot measure. Bond issues allow schools to pay for costly repairs, renovations, and upgrades over time instead of having to pay all at once. They allow schools to focus most of their day-to-day operating budgets on classroom instruction instead of repairs or construction.
Putnam County R-I Schools has a great sense of pride. Proposition 2 will help make much-needed improvements to our facilities which in turn will allow students, staff, and the community to be proud to call Putnam their home.
