Attention, parents/guardians of students entering Kindergarten, 8th-grade, and Seniors...this reminder is for you. Children entering Kindergarten, 8th, and 12th grade are required to have certain immunizations prior to the first day of school. Please plan ahead. Call the Putnam County Health Department at 660-947-2429 to check the status of your child's immunizations. 

The immunization clinic will be held on August 11, 2021, from 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm. Also, available on August 20, 2021, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
