October 2021 PCHS Character Education Assembly
On Monday, October 25, 2021, we celebrated our PCHS students in the middle school auditorium with our monthly awards assembly.
Student Council President, Miss Vanessa B, led the PCHS student body in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mrs. Klinginsmith recognized junior, Taylor P for being our character education winner for the month of October, exemplifying self-control. Congratulations, Taylor!
Miss Vanessa B was selected as the Career and Technical Education winner of the month for October. Vanessa holds several offices in many high school clubs and is a leader in and out of the classroom. Congratulations, Vanessa!
Matthew G and Willow R were selected by Mrs. Watt to be the October Readers of the Month.
Mrs. Rhodes announces our 2nd PC MVP Winner, Ms. Michelle Cunningham, and the crowd goes wild! Michelle was nominated by her peers and was one of the 5 finalists for the month of October for PC MVP. Congratulations on winning PC MVP! Michelle goes above and beyond, helping to take care of our school and make sure things get done, no matter the time of day or what the weather is like. She is dependable, has a fiery sense of humor, and is an excellent team member! Congratulations, Michelle!
Kaylyn H, Vanessa B, and Cora H. Vanessa B and Mrs. Schoonover presented a $25 and a $50 gift card to Kaylyn and Cora for earning top sales in Homecoming mums for FBLA this year. Way to go, ladies!
Several students were also recognized for being newly inducted into the National Honor Society.
