Working with other teachers is extremely important and oftentimes the key to student success. Sometimes students miss a few things and need someone to help them catch up. Sometimes just starting over and reteaching something is all that a student needs. Giving them a little extra time or reading it aloud can be extra helpful. Sitting in a quiet location without a timer, or without distracting noises is another way to help them be successful. Collaboration between teachers by determining the specific instruction that is needed along with implementing the plan is what we do every day. Every student has a unique way of learning and as professionals, we strive to make sure we are reaching them all.
