    The Sophomore Health class is working through our nutrition unit starting this week. Today, after learning about the MyPlate website and how food groups are separated, we did some board races. I would call out a food, and the students would write the food group it belonged to on the board. The students did a great job identifying the food groups and it was a fun way to work these into our heads on a Friday. I totally forgot to take pictures because we were having such a good time. Next week we will be watching a documentary about how food impacts our brain function and work through a few more nutrition topics.
