Lance Fowler: PCHS Class of 2022 Senior Spotlight

Lance is the son of Chad and Tawnya Fowler.

We asked Lance to tell us about his favorite high school accomplishments so far. This is what he had to say: "Two of my largest accomplishments are going to State in basketball and baseball. Along with receiving All-Conference, District, and State awards for baseball and All-Conference and District awards for basketball. I'm also a member of FFA and DECA. My most memorable moment at Putnam so far would probably be our whole senior year basketball season."
Lance's advice for incoming freshmen: "Just be yourself and don’t try to change to make yourself fit in."
"I would say that each teacher I have had made a large impact on me at some point in time, but the teacher to make the largest impact was Coach Fleshman, for all he has done for us through sports and life in general."
"My favorite class would be my college English class with Mrs. Owings, because of all the memories and laughs from that class."
After graduation, Lance plans to attend State Tech in Linn Missouri on June 6 to begin working toward his degree in the Heavy Equipment Operator program. "In 5-10 years I see myself back in Putnam County working a steady job and owning a house of my own and maybe starting a family of my own."
