PCR-I Welcomes Mrs. Lauren Shipley to the Superintendent's Office!
Hey, Putnam County! Help us give a warm welcome to our new Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent, Mrs. Lauren Shipley!
Lauren was born and raised in Corydon, IA. She graduated from Wayne Community High School, then attended Indian Hills for her Associate of Arts degree and William Penn for her Bachelor's in Human Resource Management.
🤵Lauren moved to Unionville in 2015. Fun fact: her wedding was the first to take place at Whippoorwill Acres Wedding and Event Venue, as she married PC Alum, Jake Shipley. Lauren and Jake have one son and one daughter. 
Arlo is two and Hazel is 9 months old. They have two labrador retrievers named Gus & Dega.
When Lauren isn't at school, she loves spending time with their babies. She tells us, "I'm a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs & St. Louis Cardinals (Sorry to break the news to Dr. Halley on that 
). I love going to concerts, spending time with friends and family, and working out.
I'm the new Administrative Assistant for Dr. Halley. I worked an hour away and was looking for something closer to home. When I heard of the opening, I jumped at the opportunity and everything fell into place."
