PCHS Class of 2023 Senior Spotlight: Adeline Dickerson

🥳Senior Spotlight Time!
👩🏼‍🎓Help us congratulate Class of 2023 PCHS Senior, Miss Adeline Dickerson!
🤍Adeline is the daughter of Josh and Melody Dickerson.
💙Adeline's favorite quote: "God didn't give us a spirit that is timid but one that is powerful, loving, and self-controlled."- 2 Timothy 1:7
💙Adeline has been active in Track and Field(advancing to State the last 2 years), basketball, FFA, FCCLA
💙We asked Adeline what her advice would be for incoming freshmen. She said, "Be smart with your actions and bold with your confidence."
😂Addie's funniest memory from high school was: "Probably the raccoon hunt this year when we had the skinning contest and you either didn't mind it or you hated it. Also, all the memories with my team."
👩🏼‍🎓 Addie plans to attend Missouri Valley College on an athletic scholarship for Missouri Valley College Track and Field. She shared, "I will be majoring in Agriculture Business and minoring in Animal Science."
🐂We asked Adeline what her favorite class was at Putnam. She told us, "My Pre vet class with Mrs. Cowles because this class is exactly what I need to know to continue my career. She makes the class fun and very educational."
🎯When asked where she sees herself in 5-10 years, Adeline replied, "In 5-10 years, I see myself back here helping my family on our farm and starting my own farm."
🏃‍♀️Adeline told us her most memorable moment was at State track last year. The motel wasn't the greatest, but it was a memorable experience.
💙We asked Addie what teacher or staff member at Putnam has had the biggest impact on her and why. She said, "I would say Mrs. Ownigs has had the biggest impact on me because she helped me and encouraged me through school. She helped me and several other kids learn daily, and it was not just about school but about life and what we may need to know outside of school. She was and still is there for me if I need anything."
Congratulations, Adeline! We are #PutnamProud of you! #pchsclassof2023 #PutnamProud
