Once again the Fine Arts department of Putnam County R-1 is coming together to bring entertainment and a quality meal to their patrons. Dinner will be served in the gymnasium as the choir and bands perform a variety of selections for your listening pleasure.
This year the menu will include: pork loin, green beans, baked potatoes with the fixings, homemade rolls, several types of desserts, and a choice of drink. This fine meal will be served to you by the students of the music ensembles.
We will have an auction with a limited amount of desserts during the “Evening with the Arts.” Special pies, cakes, cheese cakes, and cinnamon rolls will be auctioned off. All Proceeds go directly to the students! This is something we started last year and are happy to say we plan to bring it back!
Seating this year is first-come, first-serve. The cost of tickets are $9 for adults and $6 for students. We will provide a limited number of reserved seats at $13 for adults and $10 for students. For reserved seating please contact Rich Cullum as (660)-216-5848. There are six seats per reserved table. Reserved tickets need to be paid for in advance.
This is the main fundraiser for the PCR-1 Band Boosters. The proceeds for this event will support any extra purchases the band/choir makes throughout the year.
Your support is vital to the life of the arts in Putnam County, and the students have been working exceptionally hard to prepare a wonderful show for you. Please plan on attending the annual “Evening with the Arts” concert on April 9, 2016 at 6:00 P.M.
