As a teacher I’m always trying to help students find out a little more about themselves.  Recently in class we did a strengths and weaknesses survey that the students enjoyed.  We found out  that sometimes our goals and our abilities don’t always match up.  The class discussed how they might change or improve in certain areas from punctuality to honesty.  These skills become important as students get ready to leave Putnam County R-1 and enter the workforce or college.  Throughout the year once a month we will continue to investigate these type of activities.  Looking forward to seeing how our self-awareness grows.
