Here’s what you NEED to turn in:
✅ MSHSAA Physical Form
✅ MSHSAA Insurance Form
✅ Appendix A (Citizenship, Bus Policy, etc.)
✅ Dual-Sport Priority Form (if needed)
📅 High School practices begin Monday, August 11
📅 Middle School practices begin Monday, August 18
🏃 You MUST have 14 practices on file before competing!
