Congratulations to our next PCHS Class of 2022 Senior Spotlight, Mr. Clayton DeVore!
Clayton is the son of Marlin DeVore and Chrissy Hoover. 
Clayton's advice for incoming freshmen: "Just have fun and don't stress about life or school."
His favorite memory at Putnam County High School so far has been, "going to see the boys' basketball team win sectionals in Moberly."
After graduation, Clayton plans to enter the workforce and find a decent-paying job and a house close to home. In 5-10 years, he sees himself working and living with his girlfriend in a house in the country.
Clayton tells us that Mr. Mayer is the teacher who has had the biggest impact on him because he is "always wanting me to improve and get stronger."
Clayton's most memorable moment was attending after prom last year. 
We asked Clayton what his favorite class has been at Putnam. He told us, "Weights. Cause it's easier than Math."
Clayton keeps us laughing. He tells us his favorite quote is, "One time I had a Mountain Dew."
