2012 Lady Midgets to Hold Softball Camp
The 2012 Lady Midgets high school softball team will be holding a softball camp on June 20-21. This camp is open for all girls who WILL be in grades 3-6 (2012-2013). Registration fee is $15/girl or $25 if there are multiple girls from the same family. Registration fee and permission slip is due by the end of school. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.
During this camp, future Lady Midgets will be taken through a variety of skills, drills, and mini-games, led by the 2012 Lady Midgets high school softball team. These young ladies will get a firsthand look into what it takes to be a Lady Midget softball player: from the stretches to the drills and game skills. Athletes will take part in offensive (hitting, bunting, base running) and defensive (infield, outfield) games that are both fun and competitive.
