PTO supports the Character Education Program
The Putnam County R-I Elementary PTO works very hard to support the staff and students. Again this year the PTO was willing to purchase the dog tags and brag tags to reward students at the monthly Character Education assemblies. Students in grades K-5th can recognized for their academic achievement, good behavior and demonstrating the character trait of the month. In the photos you will see the character counts key chain that each student will receive at the start of the school year to attach to their backpacks. They will add the awards they receive throughout the year on the keychain.
The Character Education Committee would like to thank the PTO for providing the funding for the incentives.
