Putnam County Interact
Interact students have been busy this year with several activities. Our officer election resulted in a slate of leaders who will work hard to make this year another successful year of service. Officers include President Whitney R, Vice-President Jacob E, Secretary Tori O, Treasurer Kendall I, V.P. of Public Relations Chloe T, V.P. of Social Media Alisha W, and V.P. of Activities and Projects Taffi T. Several members attended the fall Interact conference in Kirksville on September 20.
Recently, club members have helped decorate for Christmas at the Putnam County Health Department and created a snowman on the square for the Lions Club contest. We are already collecting shoes for the Shoes For Orphan Souls project this coming spring. Officers and club members have also been brainstorming service project possibilities and have considered the possibility of a spring trip to help hurricane victims.
