Attention Elementary Parents and Students! Putnam County Elementary will be participating in "Read Across America Week" while celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday next week!

Here is the lineup of events:

Monday, March 2nd: No School (Teacher Professional Development and Parent-Teacher Conferences by appointment).

Tuesday, March 3rd: "Fox in Socks" (Wear silly or mismatched socks).

Wednesday, March 4th: "Wacky Wednesday" (Clothes inside out, mismatched, backward, etc).

Thursday, March 5th: "The Cat in the Hat" (Wear stripes and a fun hat).

Friday, March 6th: "Oh the Places You'll Go!" (Wear comfy pajamas or a shirt from a place you have traveled. We will be having a Read-A-Thon in the elementary with guest readers sharing stories throughout the day.)
