Early Dismissal and Parent-Teacher Conferences Today: October 19, 2023.

📣 Attention Putnam County R-I Parents and Guardians! 🏫

We have an important announcement for you - today, Thursday, October 19th, is an early dismissal day at 1:06 p.m. for Parent-Teacher Conferences!

🤝 Parent-Teacher Conferences Information:

🕐 Time: Conferences will take place from 1:30 pm - 6:00 pm, providing ample opportunity to meet with your child's teachers.

📍 Location: Middle and high school conferences will be held in the PCHS gymnasium, Elementary conferences are located in teacher classrooms.

💼 What's Happening?: In the high school commons, you can pick up your middle and high school child's grades, check their lunch balance (ensuring it's under $20.00), and even pre-order a high school yearbook. Afterward, make your way to the gymnasium to visit with teachers. In the elementary, stop by your child's classroom to visit with their teacher at your scheduled time, then pop in and visit with music, art, counseling, speech, Title I Reading, special services, and more. Let us know how we can partner with you for your child's success!

🤓 The Importance of Collaboration: Parent-teacher conferences are a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with your child's teachers. Working together ensures that your child receives the best possible education and support. It's a chance to discuss their progress, address any concerns, and celebrate their achievements.

We value the partnership between our school and our students' families. Your involvement plays a significant role in your child's educational journey.

We hope to see you there, ready to engage in meaningful conversations and strengthen the ties that foster academic success and personal growth for our students. Your participation is greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your continued support and for being #PutnamProud of our students and their education. 📚📊👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 #PCR1ParentTeacherConference #CollaborationMatters
