Retiree Appreciation Banquet

Putnam County Schools will be saying "thank you" to two valued teachers who are retiring this year after many years of teaching. A Retiree Appreciation Banquet will be held on Friday, May 13th, at six o'clock to honor Joy Butler and Melissa Schmidli. We have just received the news that Paul Riley, our beloved maintenance man in the Elementary will be retiring as well. We will, of course, be honoring Paul also. All community members are invited to join in this catered event to be held in the high school commons. The price of the meal is $8.00 per adult and $4 per child ten years of age or younger. A choice of ham or roast beef, with cheesy potatoes, green beans, hot roll and cherry cheesecake for dessert will be served. A beverage choice of iced tea or lemonade will be offered as well. Please contact Wendy Tipton at 947-3361, extension 326 if you plan to attend. Payment made payable to PCR-1 CTA is required by May 6th.
