Ms. Joni brings healthy foods and fun lessons to Preschool!
Ms. Joni from University of Missouri Extension has been visiting our classroom, Bac, the germ puppet, told the class a story about proper hand washing. The students applied "magic" lotion then viewed their hands under the black light. As their hands glowed, students realized where germs were hiding and realized from this activity they need to spend more time washing their hands.
Taste testing was such a wonderful experience for our students as they they tried new foods each week. We learned that a person should try a new food 20 times before deciding if they like it. So please encourage your children to try new foods.
