Poetry
Students in Mrs. Williams' 4th-grade class have been reading, writing, and understanding what components make up a poem. They now know that lines in poems are not always sentences and that paragraphs in poems are called stanzas. Students have also learned that not all poems rhyme and can be very long stories. In the end, we will be finishing this lesson on poems and students will create their own poem journal.
